In 1986 the Club members at the time came up with the idea that it needed a small icon to promote the Morris Car Club of WA it was agreed that a Morris Minor panel van back and a Ute cab back with chassis with custom made draw bar was to be put together with some donations of axle chassis van back and Ute back and members times and expertise it wasn’t in till 1994 till it was completed to be displayed at the 7th Morris Minor National Rally which was held in Perth in 1995. since then it has been a icon in the clubs history at car shows and small events.
